Bokings for children from 0 to 3 years of age are free of charge, between 4 and 7 years old 50% (discounts for long periods)

Conditions

Prices include:

• breakfast
• linen and cleaning
• change of linen every 3 days, daily cleaning
• rooms must be freed by 10am on the departure day
• checking in time is after 2 pm (unless arranged differently with the owner)
• cancellation (must be sent in written form): up to 30 days before the supposed arrival you receive a total refund, up to 15 days before the supposed arrival 50% refund, 7 days before arrival no refund.
• no smoking inside the premises
• no animals

Payments: 50% in advance, total payment on arrival after having inspected the room, keys are given following ID and document registration.
